how to read the CEL help???
i have a 96 civic dx with a ex harness with a b16 and my CEL comes on every now and then... it flashes two long blinks with a 3 sec pause between them and then 7 fast blinks after that...can anyone tell me what that means...

Code 20 = problem in ELD circuit.
Code 7 = problem in TPS circuit
