Default Cant start - changed to hondata in civic VTi in a mini conversion

hey everyone!

ive fitted my Uk B18C4 engine into my old mini, and added a turbo, it was a good runner, ive fitted everything, all the wiring, clocks, steering column.

the only change ive made to the electrics is ive fitted a Hondata OBD1 ecu & 440cc injectors

I thought it was an immobiliser problem at first, so i followed a guide from online and removed the immobiliser and bypassed it by earthing the green wire with a black stripe that goes to the starter solenoid, this solenoid now 'clicks' when trying to start, but still nothing!

I heard theres two immobilisers on these cars from the factory, one inside the ecu and then the one which i bypassed by earthing the green and black wire above - is there anything else?

thank you

There is no immobilizer on an OBD1 ECU. Do you have fuel and do you have spark?
