Regardless of if it was a case of street racing or not, judging from the picture alone it seems to be another case of unskilled driver with a new car that is too fast for them to handle.
So whose 01+ Civic will those parts from that Si end up in?

Because of that stupid kid, the cops are gonna be cracking down on modified cars again.......... I don't plan on driving into Richmond for along time...
The worst thing about this is HE RAN FROM THE SCENE..........
They got that mother ***** and I hope they give him life!

i dont see how the speeding car that hit the cruiser made a hit and run, the car had to be totaled too from the looks of the cruiser

How do you guys know the cop didnt pull out like a dumb ***? Not that im justifying street racing.. but maybe the cop made the mistake, not the SI driver.. But please do.. Keep it on the track.
