Default Delta Alarm Question: Lost Fob

My car, 96 cx, came with a Delta Alarm System (simple pager system with horn and key fob). The problem is the alarm system is pretty old, and so is the fob. I was out one day, and when I went to my car the INTERNALS of the key fob fell out, I'm only left with the shell of the Fob.

So I disengaged my alarm system and the car runs fine.

I'm not sure which Fob I need to get, as the FCC Id# is worn off. I tried googling "delta car security" and left emails/called, but no answers.

So would buying a NEW fob work? As long as i reprogrammed it or should i just get a whole new alarm system?

Any responses is much appreciated.

Well after looking at there products and site. I think its best to get a name brand aftermarket unit. Unless you really want to stay with them.

^^ you should make your own thread, It helps you out alot better. Look under the dash and find the factory alarm. 94 did not have anything special security wise.
