First, where us the fuel pump relay located in an EJ/EM1?

Second, what's the best way to remove a exhaust manifold bolt for the sane chassis that is rounded? It's the lower right next to the power steering pump and there isn't enough room to get a socket on it and I can't find a 6 point 13mm box end wrench... Any tricks?!?

 

the relay is behind the glove box on the right side...and the screw should be a 12mm...get swivel socket...
