Hi,

I have a 98 accord v6 and it seems to be burning out alternators (3 so far). Below are some facts as I know them.
-1 year ago, alt died, replaced with napa reman lifetime.
-immediately after alt replacement we saw all dash lights (all warning, even doors and trunk) flash periodically but then the frequency tapered so we let it go.
-recently dash lights started flashing again. Had full charging system checked and everything came out fine except battery was at 65%.
-if I started the veh. and then unhooked battery, veh will run until I turn on the lights or something then it dies.
-had new alt and battery replaced yesterday and today all trouble lights are flickering just like before and now I feel that we haven't fixed anything.
-I get the feeling that this is an intermittent issue and may be a loose or compromised cable. I have a multimeter so if someone could give me a place to start I would appreciate it.
