JDM ITR seat rails in a '92 civic hatch?? Does it work??

I put this in the ITR forum because you guys seem to be the smartest about swapping things. Does anyone know if JDM ITR seat rails bolt into a '92 civic hatch? If so, does everything line up or are modifications necessary (and what mods). Thanks a lot guys.
