if you are referring the the bolt with the hole in them you can get them at honda. the only place i know of that sells them. there like 12 dollars a bolt though with no discount.

i dont think honda sells block offs, you might be able to find regular bolts at the hardware store to do the job. but just grabbing the GE kit seems the easiest
