Default automatic h22 from prelude

I have a opportunity to buy a 2001 honda prelude automatic h22 engine and tranny only . I want to put it in my 1992 honda accord sedan. It is already an automatic. What will i have to get. I know i need ecu, mounts( will prelude mounts work?) engine wire harness (which one) and will my stock axles work?. Is there anything else i'm missing? aren't the preludes equipped with an immobilizer how do i bypass that?also what will i do about my power steering, cruise control and a/c? Can i use all my current pumps and compressors lines etc from my sohc f series?
