Gsr in a em1 si? simple question
Very easy swap, it will bolt right in!
As far as the throttle cable goes, if the engine is stock, you need a stock gsr cable. Many people ditch the massive oem intake manifold for a nice simple aftermarket unit from something like Skunk2 or Edelbrock.
Btw, you will need to wire in the electronics for the butterflies on the stock manifold if that is what you are using

on a stock engine I'd stick with the gsr manifold, the midrange is nice with the two stage manifold.
Just get a diff manifold. I had the exact same set up and all the stock manifold does is frustrate you. But if u do keep it and don't get the right cable you won't be able to get WOT.
Ps afr makes a very nice manifold
