Icon2 suspencion problems

greetings from PR.

I recently checked my 94 accord for maintenance and noticed that the gap that is supposed to be between the shock absorber and the upright (kingpin?) is closed. So everytime the wheel steers to any side, the spring of the shock absorber gets grinded by that kingpin. I've already installed the upper wishbone but no change. Any suggestions?

thanks.

I think you need to get the car checked by a mechanic.he'll be able to tell what's wrong.

the only way for the steering knuckle to rub the spring is if one of the control arms is bent, the strut is bent, or you have a really bad lower arm bushing or ball joint. have someone look at it that knows suspensions. It's hard to say without seeing it.
