Help! My Rear LCAs are shot, what should I replace them with...
Yesterday because of bad weather I slid off the road and down a hill. I thought my car was fine but today I looked and both my Rear LCAs are bent, and I don't remembering them being like that so I guess it happened last night. So my question is does any aftermarket company make superior LCAs at a decent price, or should I just order new OEM LCAs?
Or if anyone has a pair of LCAs laying around they would let go for cheap I would be interested!

they're really easy to take off if you use some wd-40 to get the bolts started..i'd go to a junkyard and get em for cheap. i dunno if the aftermarket ones would be worth it
Oh I know I can do it and I have before. Actually one of them was only a little more than a month old
Would it be better to get Si ones if I can, are they more beefy or anything?

looks bent to me, i replaced my 89 CRX SI ones with 88 CRX SI. i can't really tell a difference because i haven't been cornering hard, as my roll cage is not finished. the 88's are similar to the integra type r, they require that your rear struts be for the 88 CRX SI spec.

what i would do is take a straight edge and see if the end points and the shock mounting point are all in a straight line. if you look at the pics from the post i linked, all 3 points are in a straight line.

I never noticed them bent until now. But both look bent exactly the same, and I doubt the chances of that happening are too good. I have no camber issues in the rear like I would suspect would happen if they were bent it would seem to me like it would cause positive camber. I know the bracket for my rear sway bar was turned in on one side (I can fix it easily though) so maybe that is causing the weird handling. I will go mess around with it when I install my Cusco Front Arm Bar.

those look fine to me, the best thing would be to put the car on an alignment rack and see how those numbers add up.

Sorry these pictures must have not loaded when I first clicked the link but they obviously answer my problem than they are supposed to be like that. Thanks for the help guys.
Oh and I have a rear disc swap coming up in 2 weeks and Ingalls front kit to put on so I will need an alignment then so I will just wait 2 weeks to get them.

The reason I thought they were bent because after my accident I looked at a CRX HF and he had straight arms so I figured mine were bent. But HF does have some weird suspension stuff sometimes.
