Default CRV - Replaced head with LS Integra head Question

The b20z head burnt a valve so I decided to try and replace it with a clean 90 ls head I got from a friend with no cam caps, no cams, and no rocker arms. Anyways can I reuse the b20 head parts for the ls head like the cam caps, cams, and rocker arms? or do I need to find the ls parts for the ls head?

idk bout switching cam caps..etc to the LS...
ive read several articles bout this problem, also i did encounter
one w/ my spare gsr head.. i ended up parting out the gsr head
coz the cam caps should be fit w/ the head, if your gonna use a
diff. cam caps, i think you should line hone/bore!? it for the caps
to fit exactly.. otherwise just get the valves from the LS and bring
machine shop to be installed or if your friend can do it for you..

better yet, look for some people who did an LS/vtec conversion..
they might have their head just lying around.. coz that happens a lot!
LOL...

g/l!

if the cam caps are missing, throw the head in teh trash. period. or find some cam caps, and spend $$$$ having them line bored. at that point it would have been cheaper to have your b20 head fixed. a head without the original cam caps is useless, the caps are the cam bearings and those have been line bored from the factory. using caps from another head will eat your cams, and ruin your head.

time for plan B lol.
