Are you willing to sell just the shell with the k-swap components and keep the other stuff (i.e. seats, headlights, head unit, front lip....etc) for a lesser price?

The big ticket Item there is the seats. I will sell less the seats for a lower price. I'm not really looking to part the subframe at this time but will let you know if I decide to do so in the future.
