ok im dealing with this problem i ran to..i cant seem to find the main relay but i was wondering those the general relay have to do anything with the ignition coil? since i might not have one of the those models without the main relay if im wrong can someone help me..

is it an SI?

 

2.0 S no main relay
2.0 Si Main relay
As to the cause of your problem, too many choices to jump on. My 88 Si went through cylinder sensors, causing a no coil fire problem. HTH
