Where to find 99-00 hood bra?

I am looking for a 99-00 Civic hood bra. Just the hood piece. I've checked ebay and several of the large Honda parts websites. A pic of what I am looking for is below. Anyone know where to buy one of these?

they dont seel just the hood part. u need the whole thing..

HandA has them for 66.00 +
