Default Type R steering Rack question.

Hi everyone. I have a friend from the UK who runs a EK hatch as a rally car. He is trying to find a closer ratio steering rack, but his car is a LHD drive car. (believe it or not most rally/race cars in England are still built as LHD) He know that the Civic type R rack would fit his needs but can't source a LHD unit in the UK. Does anyone know if an ITR rack is the same? And will it fit over into the EK? Or is there a better solution out on the market...

Many thanks

DC/EG racks are different from EK; though there's a mod IIRC that involves using the pinion/PS unit from the Integra onto a EK Civic rack for better ratio.

Here's a post with more information on the pinion swap.

x2. Was only few days ago wondering about this for EK PS and was disappointed nothing seemed to exist for EK PS.
