thats cool, but i want it to like last. I mean are you talking a mig weld hack job where it all warps, and gaps are filled in with weld over weld over weld with so much spatter that i could use it as 0 grit sand paper???

i mean i appreciate the offer, but i cant tell if your serious.

i think welding the two flanges together would work, but the transition from round port to rectangular port would be kind of abrupt. a cast piece or a cnc machined piece is probably the way to go if you want a smooth transition. hit up bmc or sls.

thanks, emailed bmc.
im actually pretty surprised nobody has this off the shelf.
i mean i its alot of money to buy the housing AND a new custom manifold all at once.
at least for me it is. i bought the gt3076r with the tial housing, and now im kinda regretting it. i just always hated how much a pain in the *** the 4 bolts were, i thought it was worth it to pay 350 now, and never deal with it....paying 1350 though...i changed my mind.

In my opinion having an "adaptor" for the 2 housings completly destroys the purpose of having the TIAL v-band housing.

Those the typically use the TiAL housing have made that decision to use it before the manifold is made or bought an entirely new manifold. So to have something that rare occasion where one uses adapters, is a lot of investment. Best to get it done custom so that it doesn't lower the turbo too much

That's because it's a lot of work to do it properly (ie. not including hackjob).
The work to do this right and still make sure everything fits is much greater than the work to replace the parts so they match.
Just IMHO.

Have you asked around at any local fabrication places? what about looking for someone to cnc a piece for you. If you design it, then hey you have exactly what you want/need.

IMO you would be better off swapping the housing Or the manifold

Hey I sent you a message that I would trade you exhaust housings. I have a gt3071r with the t25/internal gated housing. its brand new and has been ported and polished and has high temp coating on the out side. lmk
