any chipped vtec ecu most common would be the p28 with a b16 map

 

The best ecu would be an ecu mapped/tuned for the engine your running.
The better solution would be to have the car dyno tuned by a well known honda/acura dyno tuner using an engine management solution such as a chipped ecu.
