Default Badge removal holes

I was curious if theres anything out there or a good way to fill the holes left from removing the H badges. I knows theres the obvious bondo/paint combo. But im more wondering if theres some sort of plug, or if anyone has any success with filling the holes without some body work involved. I know they sell those plugs for the front license plate holes for example.

Stuffing the holes with bondo and then painting it probably won't last long. It seems like the bondo would start cracking and come out. Do you have access to a welder because you could shave it.

Just get the holes welded up.

Filler will just crack

true true. I guess i was trying to figure a temp way to make the holes less noticeable, it is a black car, but i was trying to avoid re-painting for the time being.

If welding (the best way to do this) isn't a viable option, a composite filler like fiberfill or almost any reinforced filler will fill the holes. The top painted surface must be ground or beveled to prevent the filler from popping out downward. The same would need to be done to the other side if you were painting the back as well. Either by spreading the filler beyond the holes or by beveling the edge of a hole, you'd be aiming for the cross-section of the repair to look like an "I". You shouldn't have to worry about cracking with an epoxy-based filler on such a small repair since it's not as brittle as typical filler. A very thin layer of regular body filler would be used to level the surface after sanding the fiberfill, then finishing glaze, primer-surfacer, base and clear with all the sanding in between.
