I used to own a Prelude back in the day and sold it for a STi and truthfully as the car is very quick and fun to drive, I missed the Honda community. I now have the funds to get something fancy and here is what I am after. I am looking to purchase this car before it snows.

As well, I am a small business owner in selling rare JDM wheels. This next car will be used to promote my shop. I want it to be the nicest you can find, if you understand what I mean. I will be modifing it as well.

Please BUMP this thread now and read after the bump. I am looking to do something fast here and the more times this thread is at the top the quicker I get into a car. I do appreciate your kindness in this.

Requirements:

• 1998+ Honda coupe (2-Door)
• Manual Transmission
• The color White ONLY.
• 50,000 or less miles. I will consider something with a little more miles but it must be in the vicinity of 50k. If the car is newer than 2007 here is the break down. Must be:
o 2008 – Less than 35,000 miles
o 2009 – Less than 25,000 miles
o 2010 – Less than 10,000 miles
• I will require receipts. Receipts will show the history of the car. You as the seller should have these; Hence the mileage preservation. If you do your own mechanical work, I will need a full report of what you use, when your serviced intervals were, and the part receipts for items that you have replaced. All part counters have computers w/ prior customer information. If you cannot find your receipt contact your parts carrier that you bought your parts from.
• I prefer a car not modified. If you have modified the car I am a complete JDM fan; please me! I will accept right hand drive conversions. No imported special registered 10-digit VIN numbered cars.
• Clean title; This means,
o No Salvage
o No Damage Disclosure
o No Odometer Rollback
o No Prior Insurance Involvement
o No Title Brands!
• I will run both a CarFax and Auto Check on the vehicle before I make the purchase.
• You must provide me a clear title. Clear titles mean it must be released of all liens. If a lien exists I will write my check to the bank the vehicle is financed with for the amount that is left owed on the car. The rest will be paid to you. If you owe more than what I am buying the car for you must have the ability to pay for that difference and have the documentation to prove the payoff is to be satisfied by the time I take delivery of the car.
• It must be a non-smoker. I will not purchase the car if there is a hint of cigarette smoke or even a scent of weed. Weed is marijuana for all you who are sarcastic. DO NOT try and hide it with an air-incense or air-freshener. I do know the smell of an ozone machine.
• Must have no body damage. Must have no broken glass. Must have good tire tread; 50%+ accepted. Small dents are okay.
• Must be in complete perfect or almost perfect mechanical shape. If it needs a tune-up, get it done before I take delivery of it.
• MUST BE CLEANED. I do not want trash abroad the car when I take delivery of it. Make the car look exactly the way you would want the car to look as if you are buying it. I will not purchase the car if it is dirty. I recommend getting it professionally detailed, especially if you want to try and cover up that smoke smell that I won’t accept. MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT USE AN OZONE MACHINE.

Here is my break down on price. I have the ability to finance $20,000 on a long term note. This is where I need to keep it at for my payments per month to work out. I have saved up $5,000 cash (and counting). The max price for the vehicle at this time is to be $25,000.
If the vehicle is older than 2004 it must be at max $15,000 as I can only get short term financing for this age.
