Default two step question

i bought my civic and it has some sort of two step on it... it is set way to low and i either need to figure out how to turn it up or just take it off.. any idea where it may be? ive looked for extra wires coming off the ECU but didnt see anything..
it is set at like 4500 rpm and that is way to low for a b16.. any help is appreciated..
also it isnt like normal two step , there is no button or anything to push and it only works if the car is at a complete stop, will not do it while it is rolling..

Thanks,
sean...

What ecu is this? If it has a two step the ecu is chipped. Two step is a setting on a tuning program. No extra wires needed. No buttons needed. Do some research, its all out there.
