Im about to swap my d16y8 out for a B16A Sir2. Comes with everything ill need to swap it out. This is my first swap to my civic..so will this motor swap just "drop" right in? Some of the posts in my thread may help you out. JDM swaps have a few tricky details that need to be addresed. Im droping in a complete b16b swap. You will prob run into the same snags as me with the b16sir.

if its obdII everything will swap right over you just wont have a pressure switch, so if u use your harness ul have an extra plug there. Your exhaust wont fit so you'll have to deal with that and you'll need the cats and o2's if u dont want a cel. If its obdI than itl b alot different cause ur plugs for the dizzy, alt, and injectors wont fit but U can make them work easily enough
