OK so i am wondering if the only difference between the Type R valve train (not cams) and the GS-R or B16 valve train is the fact that the type r has dual springs on all 16 valves... or are the Type R valves springs and retainers all lighter and/or stronger than those found in the GS-R or B16.. Reason i am asking is because i am putting together my gsr head tonight and have a set of Type R valve train and dont want to waste my time replacing everything and having to lap the Type R valves with the GS-R head... Therefore i can save time and money just putting in one set of inners... Thanks for any answers...
