having trouble pulling out the tranny out of my 91 accord
I have 1991 accord. Taken out all the 8 bolts that were holding the tranny to the engine. Took out the axles from the driver and passenger side. Transmission engine mount is off. So basically im stuck. I tried jacking up and down the tranny but it fails to do nothing. any suggestions or help?
IT should have came off easily because the bolts hold the tranny away from the engine. Download the service manual. I would have check all wire, mount, bolts are off..
I finished putting the accord together. now its just bleeding the clutch. When we start the car it wont go in gear. When i try to force it in gear the car sound like its going to die?
yup now you have to open the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder and push the clutch to the floor and hold it there for a second. close the bleeder valve and pull the pedal up. you may have to repeat this quite a few times it took me over an hour to figure this out lol. also take the cap off of the clutch master cylinder and make sure u dont run to low on fluid or more air will suck in
