I guess I shoulda installed my fp gauge, and checked what it was at before I put the FPR on. Heh... I'm posting here 'cause the motor is a b18c5 and i don't know if it's different between honda motors.
i did a search and didn't find anything very useful. Also, i've read that you have to remove the vacuum line off the fpr to accurately test fuel pressure. Is that correct?
I set it at around 31-33 psi today with the vacuum line undone, and at WOT it goes to about 41-42 psi. My motor is stock, with just bolt-ons, but I do have a skunk2 chipped p28.
I bought the fpr and field vtec controller to be ready to adjust stuff at the dyno, whenever i can get the money to go. I would've gone already, except I'd like to get some cam gears before I go, so I can make the most out of my time on the dyno.
I just wanna keep the fuel settings as near to stock as possible, so I don't screw something up. Any advice?

ALWAYS CHECK FUEL PRESSURE WITH THE VACUUM LINE REMOVED.
With that said, stock ITR pressure is 49-54psi
Pretty sure its 43 psi. if you dont believe us why dont you just throw your stock regulator back on and check your guage your self to be sure...it takes like 5 min...

The stock pressure with vaccum hose off is 49-54 PSI as mention by SGT (trust me he knows his stuff) and in the Helm manual.
My stock pressure was 52 PSI.
If you buy any stock Honda regulator, it will give the pressure at which it is set at and not necessarily the correct one (Honda does not use the same regulator in all it's model)

well damn, why does my car idle so much better when i first start it with my FP at like 39psi ?
The idle hates when you mess with fuel settings. My SFC-VTEC is set to 0's all across the board, so if my FP is set to 47-50psi then my idle should be normal. If it's not, could it be my chipped p28 causing the problem?
