Default need info on what tire size to buy

Hey guys have a 4th gen prelude and have a set of blitz 01 wheels that need tires. the wheels are 16x7 +32 and 16x8 +38. The car is lowered a good amount on d2s and the car is just coming back from being completly redone at the body shop where the fenders were rolled so i shouldn't have any fitment issues. Not exactly sure what size tires I should get for the wheels. I was thinking 205-45-16 but im not sure. And do you guys think I could get away with having the same size tires on the 16x7 and 16x8 wheels? Lemme know your opinions. Thanks a lot

the 205/45 series is undersized for your car.

205/50-16. the 8j will be somewhat of a stretch though and you may need to roll your fenders and/or run some sort of negative camber to clear these due to the +32 offset.

ok fenders are actually all rolled and my camber is a little over -2 degrees. So i guess i shall go with the 205/50s. I saw a prelude with 16x8 and he was running 205/45s didnt look bad. But i trust your wheel knowledge.

yea but w/ the shorter side wall you're gonna have to lower your car that much to get it to clear. its up to you though and your preferences.

another alternative might be a 215/45-16 but then its still slightly shorter for your app but then you wont be having to stretch the tire.

He's right. Stick with 205/50-16. And if you're looking for really sticky tires, you're fortunate, because the supersticky Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec is available in that size.
