i just got an 09 civic ex and wanted to lower it about 1.5 inches.. i guess my real question is do i really have to buy aftermarket shocks for this much of a small drop ??

will my oem shocks blow with a 1.5 in drop ?


and if i do which ones do u recommend. both the springs and shocks , what is a good combo to put in this newer civic.. ?

i basically want it a little lower while maintaining a smooth ride.. not really doin it for performance more for looks

btw im looking into tein s techs and eibach pro kits.. which shocks would go with these ?
