what exactly is this part?
car recently got hit by an old guy without insurance, gotta pay out of my pocket for this but doesn't seem like it's gonna be too bad to do, mainly just a new fender, bumper and splash guards.

it's the black little bracket thing that is held under the headlight that holds it up a bit.
but anyways, this part got all twisted up in the wreck on the other side of my car, and i'm gonna need another one but have no clue which part it is... i've been looking through majestic honda and can't find a part number for it to order. so if anyone can give me a name, or link to it it would be much appreciated!
my car is a 2003 Honda civic EX (auto) for reference when looking on majsetic honda
thanks!

For 2001 Honda calls it:
BEAM, L. FR. BUMPER (UPPER)
BEAM, R. FR. BUMPER (UPPER)
For 2000 Honda calls it:
STIFFENER, L. FR. BUMPER SIDE
STIFFENER, R. FR. BUMPER SIDE
I've never heard of any common name though.
They're just "the little black metal bars that sit under the headlights".
They're listed with the bumpers.
