Default Recommended 4 or 5 point harness for SP-G?

I just ordered a Recaro SP-G seat. What harness would you guys recommend? Takata, SRR, Schroth, Sabelt, etc.? I never really liked the 3" harnesses, felt like I was a mummy. But, safety is safety, so I'm just looking for quality. So, any good recommendations would be very helpful.

Whatever you do, just don't mount the shoulder straps to the floor or to the rear buckle anchor points.

**** i would just go for the 5 point because with that extra crouch strap you know your "tail" is still there if it hurts. the only time to worry is when you cant feal a body part, then it is missing or not working. so even though some ppl are scared of that extra strap i say go with it. as long as it hurts you still have it.

Don't use a harness without rollover protection.

What he said. If you dont have a rollbar/cage, I wouldn't use an aftermarket harness on the street. For autocross its fine, but for the street, I'd try and stick with the factory seat belts. As an FYI, Schroth makes a DOT approved 4 point belt that has anti-submarining technology built into it... http://www.soloracer.com/rallye4.html
