i did a jdm b16 swap in my 99 civic ex everything has been converted to obd1 the car runs great vtec workd but the only thing that doesnt work is my speedometer and my cooling fan i figure since everybody on here does all these swaps sumone could help me ive done alot myself but never have had this problem angthing would help thanks

 

Check your speedometer plug for corrosion. And has your car overheated? Im sure your fan kicks on when you're driving around.
