Default Power windows slow/noise

My passenger side window is much slower when it goes up/down as oppose to the other windows. Sometimes it would squeek when it goes down. I've applied lube to the tracks. I'm not sure if I did it correctly but I'm suppose to apply the silicone lube spray at the end of the bottom corners of the mirror with the mirror rolled up all the way, is this the correct way? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Could my window regulator be faulty? It's an 2005 accord lx.

Get a can of silicone spray roll the window down and spray in the run channel . Take a flat head screw driver and put a rag over the tip of it and run it up and down inside the channel a few times . Spray lube in the run channel again and roll the window up and down a few times if that doest help then you will need to replace the window regulator and run channel if its damaged .
