hello, ive recently bought a mint 89 Honda Accord Coupe EX-I. I was wondering how hard it is to do a F20B vtec motor swap, ive seen this on tiger japanese and was wondering how hard it is to do this to my car and what All i would need. Id also like to swap the auto for a 5speed

So what would be a good motor to swap into this that will be easy? i was thinking maybe a 89-91 acura integra B18 Dohc. Was thinking maybe could use some of the parts from acura like axles and stuff. they look similar

 

well what if i found a early 90s parts car that was a manual and robbed everything from that into mine? Heres another swap I was thinking. I herd it was done before. does anyone suggest doing it?

correct me if im wrong, but Im pretty sure that the 1986-1989 accords accept the B-series engines WAY easier then the F's and H's

 

yea ive herd the same. But iv also herd the H22 isnt as bad as anyone thinks. Just your own mounts and axles. Everything else can be made to fit
