Motor idles horrible and back fires after being rebuilt
Heres the deal:
me and my buddy just got done putting together his turbo type r. when it came time to start. the engine would turn over but wouldn't start.
after checking the fuel pump...injectors...fuel pressure regulator....and all ignition components we got it to start.
the problem is now that it is very hard to start and idles very badly. It also has NO pedal response at all. The only way to get the car to stay on is by constantly pumping the gas pedal.
We have checked most of the stuff we could think of checking. We are pretty sure it is fuel related but no sure what.
Any help would be awesome. there might be something we didn't think of or possibly looked over. Thanks for the help.
