Hey everyone,

So I've had a type R rear anti roll bar on my hatch with an asr brace for quite a while now, and it's time to replace the Blox end links. I'd also like to replace the bushings on the bar ends.

The Blox end links have worked well for a while, but being spherical and exposed, they've rusted and are getting noisy.

I was wondering whether oem SI endlinks would work with the type R bar. I'd prefer to use an oem style link, as I daily drive the car an average of 27k/yr.

If not no biggie, I'll just buy a new set of Blox links. But I'd still like to replace the bushings in the ends of the bar, so how do I go about finding those?

Yes the Si endlinks will work unless you're running Function 7 LCAs. the stud portion of the factory endlink isn't long enough to safely use.

For the bushings for the end of the bar I believe Function 7 makes aluminum replacements.

 

I agree with everything said above.
I also use blox endlinks, i love them other than they wont be at 90 degree angle or close to it with out use of washers. (in my case at least)

 

You can run the stock si's or rsx type s endlinks. But you will need to pick up a set of the metal bushing adaptors from either ebay, or asr but im sure other companies do sell these as well.
