Default Tire hum

The noise started when I lowered the car, tokico blues and H&R sports springs. Its a 02 2 door. The noise gets louder as I speed up, goes away in a sweeping left turn on the highway. I'm gonna try to find the numbers from when it was aligned. Is the camber just way off? I swear its coming from both rear tires. Thanks

Default Re: Tire hum

toe setting is most important, make sure it's in spec. camber itself should not cause a hum. improper toe will cause tire scrub which should cause noise. toe should also be set after camber adjustments. you can check your toe "roughly" with a plumb bob and tape measure to see if it's anywhere close. I actually do this for my toe settings and I can seem to get it in spec. Haven't had any issues with tire wear yet.
