Ok here it is, I swapped in my 91 b18a1 engine onto my 1990 crx si. I do not have a clue what kind of motor mounts they are. Reason I ask is because I would like to purchase the inserts but I want to know the kind of motor mounts my car has. I bought the swap with those mounts. The mounts were kinda trashy-rust-like color so I tried painting them black lol. Also any ideas how to paint those suckers? I fear that painting the bushing will cause it to crack even more. Oh and another thing, do you see that little gap between the metal and the bushing? (has a lil black mark on it) Is that normal? If not, how can it be fixed. thanks.

Really? Are those mounts good or no good? I mean it handles good and all. Only that little gap I see between bushing and metal bothers me.

you wont pass REF unless you put the upper timing belt cover back on. just thought you would like to know.

 

I will give it a shot without the cover on again. I bar'd my y-49 with no problem. If I do no good I'll just re-schedule an appointment.
