Default is this the right part number for the 4 layer headgasket

i need to get a 4 layer metal head gasket that will fit my D16 block.
i was told this was the right part.
can anyone verify this?

That is a head gasket part number.. for what, i couldn't tell you.. My guess is that it is a VTi part number, and how you got it, no idea..

The thickest one I know about for the d series, if that is what you are going for, is the d15b7/d16a6 head gasket.. so order a #12251-PM5-S02 for the DX/SI gasket. it is .048 in thick, which is a good .01 inches thicker than any of the other options.

you can also get a head gasket kit, which you might ask about, because they bundle all the gaskets you need to do a head change / removal and reinstall into one package, and its cheaper than buying all the stuff separate.
