Default extended ball joints rubbing rotor!

So, my '95 Si has been in need of some suspension bushings. Installed new OEM front LCA's, inner & outer tie rods, Buddy Club extended ball joints. Have Skunk2 Pro+ front camber kit, skunk2 lowering springs & koni's. When i put the car on the ground the ball joint nut is TIGHT against the dust cover & rotor. WTF!?!?!? Also, i am running stock replacement brembo rotors... guessing the car is just too low? Anyone had this problem? will post up some pix soon.

tried the max amount of negative camber to hopefully gain some clearance on the lower side, but NO DICE.

Ive run the MFactory ones for about a year and the Buddy Clubs right now and I havent had that issue with either one and my car is at the lowest it can go without the upper arm (OEM) touching the shock tower. I'll have to sit for a minute and think it over what your problem could be. Is this only on one side or do both sides do this? Are your springs like a 2" drop or more? Mines is a Del Sol and its pretty low but i have a little over 1" of fender gap at all for corners (Ground Control coilovers with 650 front/ 550 rear springs. Konis, polyurethane bushings)

It is on both sides. Car is lowered about 1.75" all around, though the extended ball joints seemed to bring the front about .25" lower than previously.

Hobbled my civic down to the alignment shop & the guy said he'd seen this before, but it's usually from bent components. He was stumped when he noticed that the lca's were new and couldn't find any signs of subframe damage...

found a couple of threads where peeps had the same problem, but no real solutions; https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...1788276&page=4

Time to get in touch with Buddy Club.

I'm curious what you found out. I have been thinking about getting ext. ball joints. What was the final verdict?
