Is what I have in the photo the evap purge joint? That's the line that goes from the evap purge solenoid to the charcoal canister. I was told by BAR that I had to take the purge joint off because acura evap systems don't use it, and I have a GSR motor in my civic. What's the purpose of that joint anyway and why do only civics use them and Acura GSR's don't use them in their evap system?
