really stupid question but i have been looking all night and cant figure it out
they are basically just metal trim you put around a cutout that act as a heat shield
and do you know where i can get them?

(on the hood, and side of bumper)

I think that's a velocity stack, just sticking out of the bumper.

They are sheet metal cutouts. Get some stainless sheet metal, make a template, cut them out and rivet to the hood. Pretty simple.
