Default HELP.. Weird noise coming from transmission

i was driving back from a two hour trip a notice that everytime i accelarated the car, it would make this strange super light metal rubbing metal noise on drive (its not a rod knock or vavle ticking noise). if i pull it on netural and rev the motor you dont heard it at all.. i got home and check it, i know its coming from the transmission side. only thing i can think of is the torque conv. being loose i double check that and its still on there tight. Transmission drive and shift perfect minus the strange noise. This is a 2000 accord/4 cyc/auto. Any input or suggestion would be appriecated.
