Default D16y7 into 91 civic LX Help!

Whats good HT!

I swapped a d16y7 into my gf's 91 civic lx, I decided to go the cheapest route and just swap the engine. Kept the cable tranny, DPFI mani, OBD0 ecu, and so on.... When I start the car up, it will idle high, (around 1800-2k) but once the car warms up, the RPM will surge from 1200 to 1800. When I give it a little gas the rpm shoots up but will decrease slower than normal. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Make sure all these sensors are plugged in most likely the vaccum line on the back of the manifold or the iacv is common one check the cel codes on the ecu and put em on here so we know what to help with
