Should I mix tire size, or tire model?
I cant find a 205/45/16 kumho Ecsta spt tire anywhere. I can find a slightly used 205/50/16 tire how big of a difference would this make if i had 1 tire a different size. How would it effect driving?
Also what if I just got a different tire Like the Yokohama S. Drive for the replacement. My tread is about 60% on the other tires how would that effect the driving?

DON'T use one tire that's a different size.
Although it's not ideal, you can mix tires of different makes/models as long as the size and performance categories are the same. For a 205/45-16, feel free to mix one of the Yokohama S.drive or Fuzion ZRi with three of the Kumho SPT.

I agree with nsxtasy: in a pinch, you may be able to replace just 2 tires of the same performance category, and always install them on the rear axle.
