97 CX hatchback idling issue.

97 CX hatchback idling issue.
I just bought an ek cx today. 125,000 miles all stock. cold a/c for $2500 from a wholesaler. tax and title transfer fee included.
The only obvious problem it seem to have at this moment is after i turn off the a/c. the car idles rough. RPM goes up and down. But no problem if the a/c is on. im new to the hatch scene. if anyone has a clue, please let me know.
ps: i didnt know cx hatch doesnt come with rpm gauge lol.
