Precision 4476e turbocharger, t4, vband
According to precision's website they don't make this turbo in the configuration you have..

I copied that information right from the precision website. I assure you those are the specs on the turbo. For some reason the precision site isn't displaying any turbo information for me at the moment but it was on there. Here's a link to another place with all the available specs for this turbo.

Available in t4 sizes all the way from .58 -.96ar
I assume you were looking at the 4476RE. Which is ballbearing and only available in a .85ar
