my friends fixing his sisters prelude and he was wondering on the intake manifold theirs two little outlets as seen in the left corner, one is capped one isnt, should the other be capped or connected to something please help?

 

It's not an outlet, it's an inlet. It should be capped or connected to something that requires vacuum.

 

those are vacuum conections. The car will run like **** is those arent plugged in
