Oil got in the water jacket around the cylinders while removing the head
I've got a '98 Honda Civic EX (D16Y8 engine). I decided to replace the head gasket on it and while I was pulling the head off, a bunch of excess oil dripped out of the head and pretty much filled the water jacket around the cylinders with oil. I had already removed the plug at the bottom of the radiator, but there was still coolant in there at the time this happened, and I can't find a way to drain the coolant/oil mixture. How can I drain the water jackets around the cylinders?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TURKEY BASTER with hose on the end!
i had a container that i could hook up to air that creates a vacuum and i always sucked it out.

I might end up having to try the turkey baster.
Is there any harm in the oil leaving behind a residue? Like even if I suck out all the oil, I imagine there will still be a residue on the walls. Is that a problem? Will I always have an oil sheen in my coolant if I can't get it out completely? Maybe I can frequently flush my coolant for a while after putting it all back together.
Any other ideas are welcome.

I couldn't find the bottom hose (on the block?) but maybe that's what I'm missing. There's so much crap in the engine bay it's hard for me to see everything down there. Any idea where to look for that?
