My 1999 Honda Accord EX V6 D4 light flashes once and the "Park" light stays on when I turn on my car. Is that normal. Basically when I turn the key to turn on the car and all the lights on the instrument panel light up, the D4 flashes and the "Park" stays lit because I am in park. Thanks..

 

Most likely, you're tranmission is about to go out

Normal. It's just like the CEL going on when you start the engine.
