im seriously stuck. id like an s2000 im aware of the fact that it only has two seats but i wouldnt mind a 2000 si. im selling my 2000 ss marrow il have an extra 5gs left over if i buy the si to do a legit ls vtec swap. but im trying to figure out which car has more potential for power. like i had metioned im selling my ss which currently has 450rwhp. so i want to go with the car that will more likely build more power. lemme know your opinions thanks

 

for what it's worth, the s2000 is one of the funnest cars that i have ever driven. we've all seen B swaps go over 400-500 hp. power:weight is amazing on a Honda Civic. The S2000 is a little heavier for being a 2 seater, but it handles, looks, and rides so well. 50:50 weight distribution. i could go on forever about an S2K.

Power wise you will get more out of an s2k and its RWD. A FWD car isnt going to be as fun going around a corner with 450 hp sure ive seen 600 hp fwd civics before but at that point your only going one direction and thats straight. AS for an s2k it would be closer to what your used which would be RWD and it would also be lighter. S2k comes with 240 hp as for an si has 160. Slap a big old turbo on the s2k with some low compression pistons and you tune all the parts right you can get to what you had in your camaro or past that.

 

That RWD better have a rear slip, or else your car's F*ucked!

 

I would only get a 2 seater if
a: I was a single bachlor
b: It is my weekend car

 

so how much money do you have to spend? that's always important when trying to go fast.
